a) MN (Matrimony News) shall act on the basis of the information that may be submitted by candidate, believing the same to be true and accurate even if the information is provided during the registration by candidate. MN is under no obligation to verify the accuracy or genuineness of the information submitted by candidate.

b) The minimum age for registering in MN is 18 years for women and 21 yearsfor men and the maximum age limit is 75 years.

c) You have gone through the Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

d) If at any time MN, in its sole discretion , is of the opinion or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, MN hereby reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the service of MN without any refund of any money paid to MN.

e) Some candidates have given advertisement by BOX NO for Security, So, You can only contact with them by " Send Interest " method. Matrimony News organization never provide you Contact No. of that candidate's who are enlisted by BOX NO..

a) we expect that you would complete the registration process with truth and honesty while furnishing your personal information. You would appreciate that efficient and effective match making depends upon your true, accurate current and complete information. You further undertake that you alone shall be responsible or liable for any information provided in this application form in order to serve you better if MN requires additional details you agree to provide it.

b) Memebrs are requested not to include key details of the profile in field other than the applicable field.

c) If at any point of time MN comes to know or has reason to believe that any information provided by you for registration or otherwise is found untrue, inaccurate or incomplete then MN shall have full right to suspend or terminate your membership and forfeit the amount paid by you towards membership fee and refuse to serve you further.

d) If any candidate wants to display his/her photos in their advertisement then verification is required but MN does not verify the origin, genuinety, legality of the documents or take any responsibility of the same .So, MN expects all the matrimonial data that is provided by you at the time of registration will be true.

e) If MN has reason to believe that the testimonials provided by you are suspicious, then MN reserves the right to remove the authentication or remove, delete the profile at its own discretion.

f) Normally, At the time of Registration MN do not take any Identification Proof of Adhar. Card / PAN Card / Front page of Bank Book of Candidate. But in any special case MN take Identification Proof only Voter Card / Digital Ration Card / Driving Licence / Job Card / Office Id Card / Swastho Sathi Card of Candidate.
